A fast-paced, entrepreneurial law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support its busy litigation practice. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in all phases of litigation-from case inception through trial and appeal.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation cases across state and federal courts

• Draft and respond to written discovery

• Coordinate eDiscovery, document review, redactions, and privilege logs

• Support court filings, cite-checking, and Bluebooking

• Assist with pre-trial and trial prep, including deposition and exhibit management

• Conduct legal research and track procedural updates

• Maintain files and litigation calendars in collaboration with legal teams

? Requirements

• 5+ years litigation paralegal experience in a law firm

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures (federal and state)

• Tech-savvy: Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, PACER, etc.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
